Scott Garrett has extensive experience in customer support and training, currently serving as the Lead Customer Support Representative at Litera Microsystems since January 2018. Prior to this role, Scott has been with Microsystems since January 2002 in a support capacity, and held previous positions as a Trainer and Software Developer at Perfect Access Speer from January 1998 to May 2001, as well as Trainer at Computer Support Center from 1993 to 1997. Scott Garrett holds a Bachelor's degree in Teaching of Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 1990, and graduated from Fenton High School in 1986.
