Whitney Wallace

Whitney Wallace is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in early literacy program management and development. Currently serving as the Senior Academic Program Coordinator/Early Literacy Program Manager at Literacy First since 2021, Whitney orchestrated partnerships and training initiatives that resulted in significant program expansion and increased tutor training through online platforms. Previous roles include District Data and Assessment Manager at Bastrop ISD, where comprehensive curricula for senior leadership were developed, and Early Childhood Literacy Specialist at the Texas Education Agency, managing large-scale training programs for educators. Whitney holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Tyler and a degree from St. Olaf College.
