Education and Program Coordination Team

The Education and Program Coordination Team at Literacy First works closely with school districts to implement and manage literacy programs targeting early childhood reading skills. This team oversees training and support for literacy tutors, develops and coordinates educational content, and ensures program effectiveness to help all children reach or exceed grade-level reading benchmarks by third grade. Through structured tutoring and tailored instructional strategies, they aim to foster an environment where every child can achieve their full academic potential.
