Keerstan McGinley has extensive experience in education and customer service. Currently serving as the ELL Enrollment Coordinator at Literacy Pittsburgh since January 2020, Keerstan previously worked as an ESL Teacher with AmeriCorps from September 2017 to January 2020, focusing on providing tutoring throughout the South Hills in Pittsburgh. Prior to that, Keerstan held various roles at Bed Bath & Beyond from September 2012 to November 2017, including Bridal Consultant and Sales Associate, where responsibilities encompassed customer assistance, inventory management, and event organization. Additionally, Keerstan worked in operations at Charming Charlie, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience. Keerstan holds Bachelor's Degrees in Political Science and Creative Writing from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 2012 and 2015.
