Baard Hall

Baard Hall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as a board member and Daglig leder at Literate AS since November 2018, Baard is also the founder of Fyrin investeringsnettverk, contributing to multiple companies as a board member. As the founder and managing partner at Tenari since June 2014, Baard specializes in project management, interim management, and mentorship with a focus on R&D financing. Prior to these roles, Baard was managing director at Norinnova Technology Transfer AS from September 2007 to June 2014, overseeing initiatives in business incubation and technology transfer. Previous experience includes roles at Fronter as CTO/COO and Accenture as a consultant. Baard holds an MBA from INSEAD and advanced degrees in Telecom and Electricity from Georgia Institute of Technology and CentraleSupélec, respectively.
