Job Description As part of the Literati product marketing team, you will drive the planning, building, and execution of messaging marketing campaigns across our Book Fairs and Clubs experiences, including email, sms, and push channels. If you’re obsessed with puzzling out the best tactics and messaging to get customers engaging with products and then subscribing, then come be our go-to human for all things email acquisition and retention.

When we make an offer, we can provide options so that employees can choose between compensation packages that prioritize salary or equity. The salary band for this role will be between $130,000 - $140,000.
Qualifications ABOUT YOU

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a similar field. Experience and/or certifications related to email marketing software.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Leverage Literati demographics and key audience information to drive strategy and design of email marketing campaigns
Work with Product Marketing Managers and Creatives to compose briefs, as well as design and edit communications
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and product management to identify hypotheses and execute experiments for ongoing learning
Conduct data analysis on campaign performance, leveraging experimentation tools, including click-thru rates and conversion
Ensure formatting, spelling, and send times meets industry best practices
Create and manage email databases for ongoing lead analysis and segmentation
Maintain templates and monitor automated sequences and schedules for efficacy
