Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Manual Osteopathic Practitioner to join our growing team in Oakville, Ontario. This role is ideal for a practitioner who is deeply passionate about the principles of Osteopathy and is eager to apply a holistic approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients’ structural and functional imbalances.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, and osteopathic cranial techniques.
• Work closely with patients to educate them on their conditions and provide guidance on exercises, lifestyle changes, and other complementary therapies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Maintain detailed patient records and track progress over time.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in manual osteopathy and related health fields.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Osteopath from a recognized institution.
• Certification or registration with a recognized osteopathy association in Ontario.
• Strong foundational knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a team.
• A commitment to patient-centered care and a holistic approach to health.
• Previous clinical experience is an asset, but motivated new graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and proven ability to retain patients through effective treatment and empathetic patient care.
