Swatee Surve

Swatee Surve is the CEO and Founder of Litesprite. Swatee has over fifteen years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on healthcare and mobile health.

Swatee began their career as a managing partner and founder of Kailas Enterprises Inc., where they oversaw new business development and legal affairs. Swatee then transitioned to Public Radio International, serving as the Director of New Business Development & Legal Affairs. In this role, they negotiated and closed multi-million dollar contracts with international media companies.

In 2006, Swatee joined Microsoft as Sr. Research Program Manager - Healthcare. In this role, they established and maintained collaborations with leading healthcare and life sciences organizations, such as the NIH, FNIH, and UN mHealth Alliance. Swatee also developed relationships with key partners in the healthcare industry to create design wins that demonstrated the value of Microsoft technologies to scientists.

In 2011, Swatee left Microsoft to join T-Mobile as Sr Innovation Strategist/ Sr. Product Manager - Healthcare. In this role, they led product development and launch efforts for new Android and iOS services in mobile health and group communications.

In 2012, Swatee joined Premera Blue Cross as Lead Consultant. In this role, they built the firm’s innovation capabilities via culture change and led cross-functional teams on growth and execution strategies.

Swatee is currently the CEO & Founder of Litesprite, a digital therapeutics company that creates engaging games to improve mental health. Under their leadership, Litesprite has won multiple awards,

Swatee Surve has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MSME from Penn State University, and a B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois Chicago. Swatee has experience in strategy, entrepreneurship, finance, and control systems and biomechanics.
