Matthew Pflieger

Matt joined the Liteye team in 2020 and brings over 25 years of multifunctional experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry in dynamic, success-oriented service and manufacturing organizations. Recognized as a collaborative leader and team-builder, Matt has an extensive record of building high-performing teams, leveraging technology, and implementing business processes that optimize organizational performance.

Matt is passionate about excellence in execution, and contributes diverse expertise across accounting, treasury, FP&A, systems implementation, and program management. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, and has earned four professional certifications including his CPA in 1998.
