Sara Synder

Sara is an Agile leader with particular expertise in working with organizations to deliver complex technical solutions. She has worked in a variety of roles, including systems analysis, product management, and has led Agile delivery and coaching at the team, program, and portfolio level. Sara enjoys seeing incremental improvements within teams and focusing on sustainable solutions to enable lasting change. She is experienced in creating and developing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure value delivery, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile at scale.
