Bella Molau

Bella Molau currently serves as a DART Performance Analyst Intern at Lithia & Driveway, where responsibilities include analyzing e-commerce performance metrics and transforming reporting processes through Power BI and SQL. As Vice President of the University of Oregon Operations and Business Analytics Club, Bella has developed branding strategies and enhanced member communication, and previously held the position of President, establishing a supportive learning community for Operations and Business Analytics students. In the Lundquist College of Business, Bella directs the Dean’s Council for Inter-Club Coordination, fostering organizational success among student-run organizations. Bella’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Analytics and Marketing from the University of Oregon, alongside earlier experience as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Aerie by AEO, Inc.
