Kelly Swain

Kelly Swain currently holds the position of Employee Relations Advisor and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lithia & Driveway since June 2024. Prior to this role, Kelly gained experience as a Resourcing Advisor and Retention Advisor at Pendragon PLC from July 2018. Kelly is pursuing CIPD Qualifications from July 2023 to March 2025 and has previously attended Vision West Nottinghamshire College from September 2016 to September 2018.
