In 2011, they worked as a Sales Intern at WePay.
From 2012 to 2012, they interned as an Operations and Logistics Intern at NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee.
In 2013, they joined Bullhorn as a Sales Operations Analyst, where they oversaw compensation for global sales representatives and executives. Ian also contributed to the administration and curation of the Salesforce database. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Project Manager, managing the implementation of the Bullhorn platform for various clients. Ian coordinated with engineers and provided consultations to clients to meet their business requirements.
In 2015, they co-founded Inkerman, a company that offers high-quality, handmade men's dress shoes.
In 2017, they attended the Flatiron School's Full Stack Web Developer program, where they gained extensive knowledge in web development languages and frameworks.
Afterward, they joined JW Player where they held multiple roles. Ian started as a 2nd Level Javascript Engineer in 2017 and later became a Solutions Architect in 2018. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer and then progressed to a Senior Software Engineer from 2020 to 2022.
Their latest position is at Lithic, where they currently work as a Software Engineer.
