Shammy Joseph has a comprehensive work experience spanning several years in various leadership roles within the field of Human Resources. Shammy currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lithium Urban Technologies. Before this, they worked at ACG World as the VP Global Resourcing & Employer Brand. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Vodafone, including VP HRBP Commercial and Associate VP HRBP Corporate. Shammy also worked as the Head Human Resources at Internet Resources India Pvt Ltd and Head – Human Resources at Birla Global Finance Ltd. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Regional Manager- Human Resource at Real Value Appliances and Executive at Vadilal Enterprises. Shammy Joseph has a proven track record of successfully managing talent, implementing HR practices, and driving employee engagement in various organizations.

Shammy Joseph completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Osmania University in 1991. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Symbiosis International University from 1991 to 1993.

Additionally, Shammy Joseph has obtained various certifications and completed leadership programs. Shammy is certified in SHL's Occupational Personality Questionnaire - OPQ32 and is also certified by Predictive Index for Psychometric Evaluation. Shammy has completed leadership programs at Indian School of Business Hyderabad (ISB), obtained an MBTI Certification, and a Results Associate Certificate of Coaching (RACC).
