Eivind Aarnes Nilsen

Nilsen joined Lithium Werks from SANDS law firm in Norway and holds comprehensive corporate law competence and experience. As a corporate lawyer, Nilsen regularly assisted Norwegian and foreign companies with drafting and negotiating contracts, strategic counseling and transaction advice. Nilsen also holds broad experience from his work with entrepreneurial activities and is one of the co-founders of Otovo AS – the leading solar rooftop installation company in Scandinavia. Nilsen is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association’s Law Committee on Energy and Environmental Law, where he assists with the preparation of the educational programme within energy law. He regularly lectures in energy-related topics.
