Saurabh Agarwal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Saurabh currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Lithos Energy, Inc., where they lead a team of experienced engineers in designing and manufacturing advanced lithium-ion battery packs for automotive, marine, and aerospace applications. Prior to this, Saurabh was the Chief Financial Officer at Sakuu Corp. Saurabh also has experience as the Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller at View, Inc., a technology company focused on improving buildings through smart and connected solutions. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Controller at Quantenna Communications, a global leader in Wi-Fi solutions. Saurabh has also worked as the Corporate Controller at DCG Systems and held the role of Senior Finance Manager - Senior Controller at Beceem Communication. Saurabh began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager and later worked at Ernst & Young as an Assistant Manager. Saurabh has proven expertise in finance and accounting, including experience in SEC filings, technical accounting, and implementing accounting processes and systems.

Saurabh Agarwal has a diverse education history focused on accounting and finance. Saurabh obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from St. Xavier's College during the years 1999 to 2002. Saurabh then went on to earn the Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 2000 and 2003. Later, Saurabh pursued further certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy in 2005.
