Ahmed Hosney

Ahmed Hosney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental management and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at Lehigh University since July 2024 and as a Quality and Environmental Manager at Local Ocean since June 2020, Ahmed leads initiatives to ensure compliance with various ISO standards and EU regulations. With a background as a Junior Researcher at the Lithuanian Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry and a Project Manager for Environmental Health Labs at Jeddah Municipality, Ahmed has successfully managed projects, performed environmental risk assessments, and advanced sustainability efforts. Ahmed holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, a postgraduate diploma in Biochemistry and Physiology from Suez University, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Al-Azhar University.
