Thomas Ronlev is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in robotics, automation, and business development. As a co-founder and board member of SFC Solutions S.A. and CEO of both Flexy Weld ApS and Factobotics, Ronlev has been instrumental in creating innovative solutions for metal processing industries, enhancing production efficiency, and enabling automation. With a strong commitment to industry advancement, Ronlev contributes as a board member of the Lithuanian Robotics Association, promoting local partnerships and funding opportunities. Other notable positions include CEO of RoboBend ApS and partner at Baltic M&A, alongside leadership roles in various consulting and business organizations.
