Marc Dekker

Marc Dekker serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Litmus since June 2019, overseeing technical deployment, customer support, learning and development, and account management, while ensuring customer satisfaction with Litmus products. Previously, Marc held the positions of Director of Customer Success and Senior Technical Account Manager at Litmus, focusing on user experience and industrial IoT solutions. Prior experience includes significant roles at DXC Technology, managing service delivery for 120 Procter & Gamble facilities; Hewlett-Packard, leading multi-million dollar IT infrastructure projects for Rolls-Royce and General Motors; and Electronic Data Systems, specializing in part track and trace software implementation. Marc holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Husson University and additional certifications in Business Administration and Information Systems.
