Additional experience includes program coordination at Hamara Saath Society and entrepreneurship as the Proprietor of A N Communications. Shams began a career in technology at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Systems Engineer. Academic credentials include a Master's in International Business from The Fletcher School and attendance at Harvard Business School as an MBA Cross Registrant, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
