Chris Berg has over a decade of experience in customer support and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Litmus since August 2016, Chris designed and implemented a collaborative system for updating help documentation and directly assisted customers with platform education and troubleshooting. Prior experience includes positions at Uber Technologies as a Customer Support Specialist and Community Support Representative, where support was provided for partner drivers and riders. Earlier, Chris managed all operational aspects, including team leadership and training, at Chipotle Mexican Grill as a General Manager. Chris holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Mass Communication/Media Studies and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
