Michael Shoer earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at Rockland Community College from 2001 to 2003. Michael received their high school education from Clarkstown High School North. Additionally, Michael Shoer has obtained several certifications, including Command of the Message Certified Facilitator from Force Management in 2020, JBarrows Sales Training from JBarrows Sales Training in 2017, Turbonomic-CHAMP from Turbonomic in 2016, and Leadership Essentials for Managers and Supervisors Training Program from Dutra Associates, LLC in 2013.
