Saminda Thudugala

Saminda Thudugala has been working at Litro Gas Lanka Limited since April 2014, where they hold the title of Site Manager - HR Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Shell from January 1995 to April 2014 as a Staff Training and Development Executive. Saminda has a Certificate course in Personnel Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and a Diploma in Personnel Management from the National Institute of Business Management. In 2001, they completed The Advanced Human Resources Management course from the Postgraduate Institute of Management.
