Oleg Khanachivskyi

Oleg Khanachivskyi serves as the VP of Technology Services at LITSLINK since August 2017, focusing on strategic client business advisory in technological transformations and product development. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to generate technological proposals and oversee software solution delivery. Oleg has extensive experience in business development and account management across various roles, including Head of Upwork Sales Department and Senior Account Executive. Previous positions include Business Development Manager at Zeus Group and Business Analyst at NetCracker, with foundational experience at Huawei in network integration services and engineering. Oleg holds a Specialist degree in Informational Networks of Communication from the National Technical University of Ukraine and has pursued additional education in CMMI and at the University of Michigan, among others.
