Maria Green

Maria Green has extensive experience in corporate governance, currently serving as an Independent Director for Littelfuse, WEC Energy Group, and Tennant Company since 2020, 2019, and 2019, respectively. Previously, Maria held the position of Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Ingersoll Rand from 2015 to 2019 and served as S.V.P., General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at ITW from 1997 to 2015, where Maria also held the role of deputy general counsel. Maria Green earned a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Pennsylvania.
