Sally VanDyke

Sally VanDyke has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sally currently holds the position of Director of Talent at Littera Education since September 2021. Previously, they worked as the Human Resources Director at reStart Inc. from May 2020 to September 2021.

From 2013 to 2020, Sally worked at DVMelite, where they held multiple roles. Sally started as the Human Resources Operations Manager and was eventually promoted to work with Operations as well as Human Resources. In this role, they managed various departments, mentored and trained employees, and collaborated with the leadership team to achieve company goals. Sally also played a key role in hiring and creating the HR department. Additionally, Sally served as the Team Builder Manager, where they created virtual hiring processes, conducted training sessions, and coached team members.

Prior to their time at DVMelite, Sally owned and operated InterviewToSuccess, where they provided interview consulting services from March 2011 to June 2015. Sally helped individuals prepare for job interviews and improve their interview skills.

Sally also has experience at goFluent, where they worked as the North American Production Manager from March 2004 to April 2013. Sally managed a team of managers and trainers, handled day-to-day operations, and collaborated with international offices.

Before goFluent, Sally worked at Hilton Garden Inn Independence as part of the Human Resources team from June 2001 to June 2004. Sally played a role in recruiting, payroll processing, and managing HR procedures.

At Encore Staffing, Sally worked as a Recruiter and Staffer, interviewing and hiring candidates for various companies in Eastern Jackson County from May 1999 to May 2001.

Sally'scareer began at Manpower Professional, where they worked as a Recruiter and Staffer, recruiting and staffing for companies in Kansas City from 1996 to 1999.

Throughout their work experience, Sally has gained expertise in talent management, human resources, recruitment, training, and coaching.

Sally VanDyke obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications/ Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Sally completed this four-year program from 1989 to 1993.
