Lisa Russell

Lisa Russell is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner at US Acute Care Solutions since April 2016. In this high-growth healthcare organization, which employs approximately 4,000 staff across 23 states, Lisa plays a vital role in recruiting and supporting both clinical and corporate teams. Prior to this position, Lisa worked at Akron General Medical Center from January 2004 to April 2016, initially as the Director of Recruitment, Employee and Volunteer Services, and previously as the Manager of Volunteer Services and Benefit Specialist. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Kent State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Akron.
