Deepa Palani

Deepa Palani is an accomplished Product Owner and Business Analyst with extensive experience in driving product integration, client acquisition, and digital marketing strategies. Currently serving at LittleBig Connection, Deepa focuses on integrating Powerfront Live Chat with Salesforce Service Cloud while developing product vision and gathering business requirements. Previously, at Minuscule Technologies, Deepa led initiatives that resulted in a substantial increase in inbound leads. Deepa has also held significant roles in product ownership at Nesh Technologies, managing a team that generated $2M in annual revenue, and has experience in various technical and teaching roles throughout a comprehensive career. Deepa holds an International Master of Business Administration from IÉSEG School of Management, a Global Management Program diploma from SPJIMR, and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani.
