Sébastien Buffier

Sébastien Buffier's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Sébastien is currently the Chief Customer Officer at LittleBIG Connection, where they help businesses collaborate with experts through technology. Previously, they worked at Inova Software as the Vice President of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success EU, where they managed a team and achieved significant improvements in key performance indicators. Sébastien also held roles as a Presales Consultant and Project Manager at Inova Software, where they closed significant deals and supported the implementation of technology solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Analyst at Imaginatik and an Innovation Consultant at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. Sébastien started their career as an R&D Engineer in allosteric modulation at Addex Therapeutics, focusing on research related to type 2 diabetes treatment.

Sébastien Buffier pursued their education from 2003 to 2008 at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry Engineering and Biotechnology. Following this, in 2008-2009, they attended emlyon business school, where they completed a Specialized Master's degree (M.S.) in Technology and Innovation Management.
