Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center
Paula J. Del Giudice is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and education. Serving as the Executive Director at Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center since May 2017, Paula oversees programs that assist individuals with disabilities through equine therapy. Previously, Paula held the Executive Director position at the Pacific Northwest Pollution Prevention Resource Center from December 2008 to April 2017, where emphasis was placed on pollution prevention and environmental protection collaboration. Additional roles include Executive Director for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Center Director at the National Wildlife Federation, and educator at Our Lady of Las Vegas School. Paula's educational background includes an MEd in Elementary Education from Regis University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno. Prior to a career in nonprofit management, Paula operated as a freelance writer and outdoor editor for various publications.

Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center is a community where horses transform the bodies, minds, and spirits of people with disabilities. Little Bit is one of the largest nationally accredited, industry-leading PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship) International centers and one of the largest full-time therapeutic horsemanship programs in the United States. We offer Adaptive Riding, Hippotherapy, Equine-Assisted Learning, and Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy programs, serving over 500 clients annually with 29 horses and the help of more than 850 volunteers.
