Graham Rich

Graham Rich has extensive experience in water resource management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Renewable Water Resources since January 2016. Prior to this role, Graham was the CEO of Central Arkansas Water from May 2007 to January 2016 and the General Manager at Spartanburg Water from September 1995 to April 2007. Additionally, Graham held the position of Executive Director at the Butler County Department of Environmental Services between October 1993 and September 1995. Graham holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a Water Resources Emphasis and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, both from Clemson University.
