Cara Nicoletti

Cara Nicoletti is the Founder and CEO of Seemore Meats & Veggies, a company dedicated to creating innovative food products while promoting sustainability. With a background in butchery at various establishments including The Meat Hook, The Butchery SE, and Foster Sundry, Cara has cultivated extensive expertise in the culinary field. Since 2015, Cara has also been an author at Little, Brown and Company, sharing essays and recipes inspired by literary food scenes. Cara earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from New York University, following a foundational education at The Rivers School.
