Stephanie Elise Melrose

Stephanie Elise Melrose has an extensive work experience in the publishing industry. Stephanie Elise started their career at The Independent as a Fashion Desk Intern, assisting with various tasks and working on photo shoots. Stephanie Elise then moved on to Macmillan, where they worked as a Marketing and Publicity Intern. At The Random House Group, Stephanie worked as a Publicity Assistant, managing PR campaigns and author tours for children's books. Stephanie Elise was responsible for high-profile campaigns and worked closely with the Publicity Director. Stephanie joined Little, Brown Book Group as a Press Officer and gradually moved up the ranks to become the Deputy Publicity Director, Commercial. In their role, they oversaw key brands, managed PR for YA imprints, and handled author tours and media promotions. Stephanie also served as the Committee Chair at the Publishing Publicity Circle. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Commercial Publicity at Little, Brown Book Group.

Stephanie Elise Melrose pursued their education at the University of Sussex from 2006 to 2009, where they attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Following this, they enrolled in City, University of London from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Master's degree in Publishing.
