Marty Bandemer

Marty Bandemer has a diverse and extensive work experience. They started their career at Automated Benefit Services, Inc. in 2012 as a Helpdesk Support, providing hardware and software troubleshooting for Windows users. They also managed user accounts and group policies in Active Directory. In 2014, Marty worked at Quicken Loans as a Telecom Support Intern, where they handled call management and generated reports using Avaya Site Administrator and Microcall software. They then interned at Quicken Loans again in 2015 as a Network Operations Intern, focusing on event reporting, server administration, and issue resolution using SCOM monitoring software and PowerShell scripting. Later, Marty joined Flagstar Bank in 2016 as a Technical Writer. They moved to CONTROLTEC, LLC in 2017 and worked as a Junior System Administrator, followed by a promotion to Linux System Administrator in 2018. In 2019, Marty joined Aptiv as an IT Operations Engineer until 2021 when they transitioned to Little Caesars Pizza. At Little Caesars Pizza, they initially worked as a Site Reliability Engineer and were later promoted to Lead Site Reliability Engineer.

Marty Bandemer earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Network and System Administration from Michigan Technological University between the years 2013 and 2016. Marty also obtained a certification as an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020.
