Terry Ward is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in managing real estate operations across various sectors. Since April 2017, Terry has served as the Real Estate Manager for the Western Region at Little Caesars Pizza, handling real estate activities for all states west of the Mississippi. Prior experience includes the role of National Real Estate Development Manager at Interstate Batteries, overseeing corporate and franchise real estate processes, and positions at Valvoline, Bill's Dollar Stores, Shoney's, Inc., and CBL & Associates Properties, where Terry utilized strategic planning and site selection expertise. Terry holds a license as a Tennessee Affiliate Real Estate Broker and possesses a solid educational foundation from The University of Alabama.
