Currently serving as an Executive Chef at Around The Word since April 2018, Franco Ollosu has been instrumental in leading kitchen operations. Additionally, Franco Ollosu has a longstanding association with Round the World, holding the position of Chef since January 2000. Franco Ollosu began the culinary journey at Little Chef in December 1990 and acquired formal education at a hotel school in Italy.
