Keenya Coley is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in community development, fitness training, and publication management. Currently serving as a Community Employment Developer at Little City Foundation since October 2022, Keenya focuses on enhancing the independence of job seekers through meaningful employment support. Previous roles include Associate at ADP, Personal Trainer at Strength Factory, Wellness Coach at YMCA of the USA, and Personal Trainer Consultant at LA Fitness, where Keenya specialized in client fitness consultations and personalized program development. Additionally, Keenya has extensive experience in non-profit sectors, having worked as a Community Development Coordinator for the American Cancer Society and as a Development Coordinator for the Children's Leukemia Foundation of Michigan. Keenya holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Ball State University.
