Kate (Durkin) Shaffer is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Copy and Brand Voice at Little & Company since August 2009. Prior to this role, Kate held positions as a Copy Director and Copywriter at Wolfmotell and as a Copywriter and Account Manager at Bamboo. Kate also coached synchronized swimming for Minnesota Aquafins from 2002 until February 2011 and began their career as a receptionist at Right Management Consultants. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Certificate in Graphic Design from Brainco.
