Jennifer Sierra

Jennifer Sierra has extensive experience in the mental health and administrative fields, currently serving as the Managed Care Liaison Services/Administrator and previously as Coordinator in the Mental Health and Medical Department at Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York since June 2015. Responsibilities include coordinating doctor appointments, managing mental health records, and overseeing office needs. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as an Administrative Assistant at Falak Pharmacy from October 2008 to May 2015, where duties included customer service, managing accounts receivable, and training new hires. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from City University of New York-Brooklyn College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from City University of New York-Hunter College.
