Liana Carusi

Liana Carusi, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Liana is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Little Havana Activities and Nutrition Centers of Dade County, Inc from November 2019 onwards. Prior to this, they worked as the Program Coordinator - Organization Design at the British Council from September 2016 to June 2018. Before that, Liana was the Deputy Director Resources at the British Council, where they worked for 12 years from June 2004 to June 2016. Additionally, they worked as an Administrator in the Research Degrees Office at the Alliance Manchester Business School from January 2003 to June 2004. Liana started their career as the Finance Manager at PAYDO, C.A. Construction Company from January 1992 to August 2002.

Liana Carusi, SHRM-SCP, holds a Degree in Economics from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, obtained in 1992. Liana also earned a Master in Finance from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in 1995. In 2020, Liana completed the Society of Human Resources Management Certificate Program at the University of Miami. In January 2020, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
