As the Founder and Owner of Little Houses Group since January 2021, Charlie Gardiner developed Jaego’s House, a versatile family sanctuary in Kensal Rise. Prior to this, Charlie Gardiner served as Founder and Director of Incipio Group from January 2015 to April 2023 and held the position of Commercial Director at SME London Ltd from 2006 to 2014, where Charlie Gardiner progressed from a junior role to leadership, overseeing diverse exhibitions and events across multiple industries.
