Melanie Dorsey

Melanie Dorsey is currently working at Little Island NYC as a Talent Manager, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees. Previously, Melanie worked at Manhattan School of Music for many years in various roles including Director of Student Engagement and Deputy Title IX Coordinator. Additionally, Melanie has experience as a Consultant at a large NYC-based Philanthropy and as a PIC Analyst II at BTI. Melanie holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Organization Development and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from The New School.
