Official Ambassador, Honorary Head of Recipe Development, and Advisory Board Member at Little Kitchen Academy

Cat Cora has a diverse and extensive work experience in the culinary industry. In 1999, they founded their own company, Cat Cora, INC, where they served as the CEO. Cat gained recognition as the first female Iron Chef on FOOD Network's "Iron Chef America" in 2005 and has appeared on various television shows, including BRAVO's "Around the World in 80 Plates" and FOX's "My Kitchen Rules". In 2005, Cat Cora also founded Chefs For Humanity, where they serve as the President and Founder. Since 2019, they have been actively involved with Little Kitchen Academy as the Official Ambassador, Honorary Head of Recipe Development, and Advisory Board Member. Additionally, Cat Cora currently works as a Luxury Resort and Restaurant Consultant for Global Chef Enterprises.

Cat Cora attended the University of Southern Mississippi from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Physiology/Nutrition/Business. Cat then went on to pursue their passion for culinary arts and chef training at The Culinary Institute of America, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training in 1995.
