Katie Sabatini has a long and varied work experience. Katie began their career in 2001 as a Chef's Assistant & Foodservice Supervisor at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. In 2003, they moved to Reinhart Foodservice as a Healthcare & Education Manager and also took on a role at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center as a Project Coordinator, Guest Services. In 2013, they began working as a Nutrition & Foodservice Consultant for Katie Clay RD, LDN - Private Practice. In 2014, they became a Registered Dietitian - Retail for National Pasteurized Eggs. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Director of Food Safety, Sanitation & Guest Services at Aramark. Finally, they are currently working as a Manager of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company and will be transitioning to the role of Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager at Little Leaf Farms in 2022.

Additionally, they hold a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist [LDN] certification from the State of Pennsylvania, a Certified ServSafe Instructor certification from the National Restaurant Association, and a Registered Dietitian [RD] certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration/The Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.
