Mireille Cottle

Mireille Cottle currently serves as Senior Executive of People & Culture at Little League International, a role undertaken since March 2022. Prior to this, Mireille was the Vice President of Human Resources at StoneRidge Retirement Living Communities, Inc., where responsibilities included engagement with external partners on employment law and risk management, and ensuring alignment of HR policies with the organization's mission and values. With two decades of experience at Marriott International spanning various leadership roles including Vice President of Talent Management for The Americas and Area Director for Extended Stay & Select Service Hotels, Mireille played a key role in shaping HR strategies and implementing training programs. Mireille began their career as General Manager at Residence Inn by Marriott and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
