Ivy Chong has a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral services and academia. Ivy is currently the Chief Clinical Officer at Little Leaves Behavioral Services and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Ivy's previous roles include being an Adjunct Professor at Simmons University and holding senior leadership positions at May Institute. Ivy has also worked at the Florida Institute of Technology as an Associate Professor and Director of Autism Services and Training. This was followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2012 to 2016. Prior to these achievements, Ivy Chong obtained an Advanced Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Manitoba, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Ivy Chong has also obtained several certifications that further enhance their expertise. Ivy is a Licensed Psychologist, having been licensed by both the Florida Board of Psychology in January 2011 and the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs in May 2007. Furthermore, they hold the certification of Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D), which they obtained from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in June 2004.
