Karmen Taylor

Program Manager - Hopkins Center at Little Lights Urban Ministries

Karmen (Moss) Taylor has extensive experience in program management and ministry, currently serving as Program Director at Little Lights Urban Ministries since January 2017, after starting as Program Manager for the Hopkins Center in September 2013. Previous roles include Administrator for the Sister2Sister Women's Ministry at Refuge Baptist Assembly from 2009 to January 2014, and Program Director at STEPdc from 2007 to 2010, where Karmen managed programs for children and youth. Karmen's foundational experience includes working as a Human Resources Consultant at Shell Oil Company and a student worker at Wesley Theological Seminary's Luce Center for the Arts and Religion. Karmen holds a Master of Divinity in Urban Ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
