Henrik Andersson has a long and varied work experience. Henrik began their career in 2002 as a Consultant at Accenture, where they architected, designed and developed content management standards for the Danish Public Sector. In 2004, they moved to Sogeti as a Consultant Systems Integration, where they architected, designed and developed content management systems for product development for a global Telecom/Mobile phone client. Henrik then returned to Accenture in 2005 as a Manager in Technology Architecture & Systems Integration, leading IT Strategy, IT Architecture & Design initiatives for global clients across several sectors. In 2010, they joined PwC Sweden as a Manager in M&A Advisory, where they supported COO and CIO of a $2bn PE portfolio company in performing a global post-deal transformation project. Henrik was then promoted to Senior Manager in M&A Advisory, managing the overall separation of a complex multi-billion dollar deal across 11 functions. In 2013, Henrik moved to PwC as a Director in M&A Advisory, supporting US and international Corporate and Private Equity clients with services pre-and post-deal. In 2018, they joined Strategy& as a Director in Private Equity Value Creation, and in 2019, they moved to Nordico LLC as a Strategy, M&A, Tech Professional, providing value to clients through leadership, strategy, financial modeling, planning, execution and optimization services in startup funding, M&A transactions, and transformations. Most recently, in 2021, Henrik co-founded Little Lunches Corp.
Henrik Andersson attended Lund University from 1998 to 2002, where they received a Master of Social Science with a major in Informatics. Henrik'sfield of study included Informatics, Economics, Management, Computer Science, and Psychology.
