Robert Rothermund

Robert Rothermund has extensive experience in human resources and athletics coaching. Currently serving as a High School Athletics Coach for Track and Field and Golf at Little Miami Local Schools since March 2015, Robert also works as an Independent HR Consultant, providing employee and labor relations consulting services since June 2012. Previously, Robert held significant HR leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included managing a growing specialty pharmaceutical plant. Other notable positions include Senior Human Resource Generalist at CenterPoint Energy Inc, Human Resources Manager at OxyVinyls, LP, and Director of Human Resources at various manufacturing facilities. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the State University of New York.
