Carolyn McCarthy Stewart

Carolyn McCarthy Stewart currently serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Little Otter, with a wealth of experience in care operations management. Previously, Carolyn held multiple roles at Brightline, including Care Operations Sr. Manager, where responsibilities involved overseeing the operations of service lines in California, managing provider enablement initiatives, and improving workflows through data analysis and collaboration. Carolyn also taught as a Senior Graduate Practitioner Instructor at Wake Forest University and contributed as Experimental Specialty Coaching Lead at Noom Inc., where a focus was placed on virtual health coaching. Additional professional experiences include significant roles in counseling and education, particularly at Charlotte Catholic High School and Union County Public Schools. Carolyn holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Dance from The Ohio State University.
